Yummmmmy Yellowfin Tuna Bowl Recipe

Yummmmmy Yellowfin Tuna Bowl Recipe

🎥 Ready for a quick, fresh, and delicious meal? Today, we whipped up our go-to recipe for a yellowfin tuna bowl!

This is a favorite in our house when were craving something healthy yet satisfying, and it’s SO easy to make. Perfect for those busy days when you want a restaurant-quality meal at home without the fuss. Think fresh tuna, crisp veggies, creamy avocado (which we unfortunately missed tonight) a sprinkle of sesame, and a drizzle of homemade sauce—it’s as good as it sounds! 😍💫

INGREDIENTS  🌿

• Sushi-grade yellowfin tuna, soy sauce & sesame seeds
• Steamed rice
• Fresh veggies (cucumber, carrots, radish, corn, jalapeños, whatever your heart desires really)
• Avocado is a non-negotiable
• Homemade dressing (optional but recommended!)

CHAOS COOKING 👩‍🍳

We are suckers for homemade chimichurri and since we had fresh parsley in the fridge we thought WHY not. You should give it a try and drizzle over top! Finely chop parsley, garlic, and mix in with dry oregano, olive oil, red wine vinegar & of course, some flakey salt. Absolute gamechanger!

DIRECTIONS  ✨

1. Start with your base—rice, quinoa or salad greens for a low-carb option
2. Layer on thin slices of fresh veggies, then add that creamy avocado
3. Place your yellowfin tuna on top, lightly seared (1 min each side over high heat in pre-heated cast iron pan)
4. Drizzle with a delicious dressing and sprinkle with sesame seeds or everything bagel seasoning for that extra touch!

Try it and let me us what you think! 💖
