processing time:

• all orders are processed within 1-3 business days
• you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped

shipping rates and delivery estimates:

• shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order
• delivery estimates vary by location and shipping method selected
• please refer to your tracking information for the most accurate delivery date.

dropshipping:

• some of our items are made to order and shipped directly from our suppliers
• these items may arrive separately from the rest of your order
• you will receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment to track their progress

domestic shipping:

• standard shipping: 5-7 business days
• expedited shipping: 2-4 business days
• express shipping: 1-2 business days

international shipping:

• standard international shipping: 10-20 business days
• expedited international shipping: 5-10 business days

shipping restrictions:

• we currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
• international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes which are the responsibility of the recipient

order issues:

• if your order is lost, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to resolve the issue
